All methods used in the visioning session derive from The Inclusive Futures Method (IFM) book. One copy is included in the course fee; additional copies are purchased separately. A shared vision with a path to action
The book was launched following Colin’s keynote, delivered after David Crisafulli at the LGAQ 2025 Annual Conference in November at the Gold Coast Convention Centre.
Colin created the Inclusive Futures Method (IFM) to link story to strategy and transform the future by making the vision real. Its five phases—Unique Uplift, Universal Interest, Uniting Possibilities, Unaligned Factors and Unicity Synthesis—connect ambitious aspirations, shared values, diverse possibilities and aligned action in a cohesive approach to intergenerational futures.
