Engaging Futures

Welcome to Engaging Futures. We are creating hopeful, preferred futures.

At Engaging Futures, we believe the best futures are co-created—with colleagues, clients, and friends who share the journey. Together we explore what’s possible, challenge assumptions, and build hopeful, preferred futures that uplift communities and inspire change.

The book guiding many of Dr. Russo’s futures lessons is the Inclusive Futures Method (IFM)— it soft launched in October 2025 and hard launching in 2026—offers a practical pathway for designing ethical, strategic, and inclusive futures. Building on Dr Colin Russo’s original work, The Unicity Method: Narratives Guiding More Inclusive and Sustainable Societies, IFM translates deep foresight into actionable steps for leaders, teams, and communities.

Our learning suite brings these ideas to life: the new IFM book, the original Unicity Method book, and a self-paced online course. Together they blend story, strategy, and shared learning—reshaping how we prepare for tomorrow with tools you can apply today to policies, programs, and place-based strategies.
