Recommended pathway — Method Courses
Complete all six Method Courses before proceeding to the Executive Leadership Courses.
Begin with: the Featured IFM Futures Course.
Then complete: Community Consultation Method, Vinculum Method, TRAM, Futures Thinking Kite and SELECTIONS. This course is one of the six required Method Courses.
Turn futures insight into traceable action with TRAM.
Book source: This course is based principally on “TRAM: The Tetrad Reflective Alignment Method” within Chapter 19, pp. 148–152 of The Inclusive Futures Method by Dr Colin Russo.
TRAM is a distinct supporting method within The Inclusive Futures Method, developed by Dr Colin Russo and presented in The Inclusive Futures Method. It keeps evidence, decisions, responsibilities and realignment visible as insight becomes action.
Five interactive lessons guide you to frame the issue, establish evidence, locate the IFM phase, select supporting methods, record transition decisions, align action and monitor triggers for realignment.
Optional Professional Certification
A Certificate of Completion will be granted once the course is completed.
If professional certification is required, participants must submit a 3,000-word applied paper. Dr Colin Russo will review the paper and may request editing, revisions or responses to follow-up questions before approval.
The certification assessment fee is AUD $500, separate from the course fee. Upon successful completion, an official Engaging Futures Certificate of Completion will be supplied.
