Compose the Five Phases into Action
This practical lab develops the book’s explicit Action Learning Moment into a complete executive course. Complete a personal synthesis circle, extract the essence of all five IFM phases, align cross-silo initiatives and form a coherent action architecture with measurable commitments.

Optional Professional Certification
A Certificate of Completion will be granted once the course is completed.
If professional certification is required, participants must submit a 3,000-word applied paper. Dr Colin Russo will review the paper and may request editing, revisions or responses to follow-up questions before approval.
The certification assessment fee is AUD $500, separate from the course fee. Upon successful completion, an official Engaging Futures Certificate of Completion will be supplied.
